1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

   We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the results of our insulation installation or removal services, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will assess your concerns and, if necessary, schedule a follow-up visit to address any issues.

   
   
   

2. Non-refundable Services

   Due to the nature of our work, insulation services-including installation, removal, and upgrades-are non-refundable. Once materials are installed or services are rendered at your property, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

   
   

3. Refunds

   Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

   
   

   • Workmanship Issues: If we are unable to resolve a workmanship issue after a reasonable number of attempts, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

   • Service Cancellations: If you cancel your scheduled service at least 48 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

   • Material Defects: If insulation materials provided by us are found to be defective prior to installation, we will replace the materials at no additional cost or issue a refund for the defective materials.

     
     

4. Exclusions

   Refunds will not be issued for:

   
   

   • Services completed according to industry standards and your approved contract.

   • Issues arising from factors outside our control, such as pre-existing structural problems, water damage, or pest infestations.
